Our Door Perimeter Caulking service ensures airtight and watertight seals at storefront doors, hollow metal door frames and entry/service doors. We use high-quality materials for long-lasting protection. Large door projects include Toyota and the sealing of explosion-proof doors for Tesoro Refinery.

This includes window frame perimeters, gasket glazing, mullion gaps, etc. We provide durable seals that prevent water infiltration and air leakage. We specify silicone sealants whenever possible for long-term performance. Our Window Gasket Resealing (often referred to as “wet-sealing”) service enhances your window’s performance of keeping air escaping, while keeping the water out. This is a common window failure and source of leaks. We ensure airtight seals that improve energy efficiency and added comfort. We only use silicones to assure life-long performance and cost-effectiveness. Customers include numerous building owners like Tishman Speyer to property managers like CBRE.

Skylight & atrium glass to metal transitions typically fail due to adjoining dissimilar materials. Both are known for leaks. We specify special silicone products for these high UV exposure areas to insure long-term performance and longevity. We typically use special silicone extrusions such as Dow 123 Silicone Seal. Seal-Tech Inc. was the first company to ever use 123. In fact, Seal-Tech helped Dow introduce123 to the market and industry. You’ll find Seal-Tech Inc. noted in Dow‘s 123 brochures (among many other Dow brochures). We have used this product since its inception over 30 years ago on buildings nationwide from the 1,000,000 ft.² Arboretum Office Park in MI to the VA headquarters in Sacramento, CA.

We perform our services on numerous different horizontal applications, ranging anywhere from airports (US Air Force in Fresno, CA) to highways (Hwy 80) to industrial floors (Target)  to pedestrian sidewalks (Chick-Fil-A). These sealants are generally used to prevent high-heel ankle twists and potential tripping hazards. These reduce liability risk for our customers.

Parking structures require a lot of upkeep and maintenance to keep them structurally sound. We perform a number of different services, including concrete repair, sealers, vehicular coatings, epoxy injection, and other maintenance services in order to keep your parking structures sound and secure.
